One of the original ideas when planning our 50 state visit was to go to all of the state capital buildings. Santa Fe was the first of the twelve that we will visit on this trip.
It was 2am when we pulled up to the capital. To quote our friend Beth, we “looked like hoodrats sneaking out at night getting ready to roll the capital building with toilet paper”. I responded, “that’s how we roll”, pun intended.
